  1. Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring it to a boil
  2. While the milk is boiling, put the coffee powder and sugar in a mug along with one teaspoon of water. Start mixing it with a small spoon.
  3. Keep stirring and beating the mixture briskly, until the color starts to change and become lighter. Beat the coffee mix in one direction only so that you incorporate as much air as possible in it.
  4. Once the mixture is creamy, fluffy and of a caramel color, you can stop mixing it.
  5. Add the boiled milk to the coffee mixture and stir to combine. Your beaten coffee is ready! It is thick, frothy and creamy – just like the cappuccinos you get at a coffee shop! So now that you know the procedure, you can treat yourself to a professional Indian cappuccino at home
